I am a crafter at heart. I've tried all sorts of crafts, from stamping and scrapping to beading, knitting, quilting, painting, and jewlery making.

About Helen

Many years ago I was introduced to the art of stamping.  Wags…that cute adorable furry pup was my very first stamp and adorned many a gift tag and greeting card.

I love crafting.  Imagine my surprise when I realized I could share my love with others and make money at the same time…oh, and…also help kids!  Yes, when I work, I help raise money for Operation Kids.  Eight years ago I became a Close To My Heart Consultant.  This was something I did as a hobby until I was laid off from my corporate job.  At that point, I switched gears and decided to make Close To My Heart my career.

As many of you know in addition to stamping and scrapping, I quilt, paint, make jewelry, knit, crochet and…when I’m not doing that I’m at the bowling alley cheering on my kids or hanging out with the marching band.
