A Little About Me

Helen Onulak

I am a crafter at heart. I've tried all sorts of crafts, from stamping and scrapping to beading, knitting, quilting, painting, and jewlery making.

I love that when I work, I get to something I love to do...teaching others the art of scrapping & stamping.

Criss Cross Card with CTMH Good Times

By Helen | January 9, 2008

I am loving the Criss Cross Cards.  Here’s one I made using the same dimensions as the criss cross card pocket I used on the Almost Perfect layout.

The insert pulls out.  Not sure if you can tell from the photos tha the star and the arrow have CTMH’s Liquid Glass on them.  That makes them appear as if they were clear embossed.  The nice thing with Liquid Glass - it goes on like a thick glue and dries clear.  You can use it to adhere metal charms, chipboard pieces, as a glue for the bottom edge of the criss cross pocket, and also for holding glitter or microbeads - it’s so versatile!

Here’s what the insert and the pocket look like on their own.
