Tutorial
Using a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Pacifica cardstock, the Embossing Stylus and the Paper Trimmer, create score lines every 1/4″. Tip: For the first few scores you can use the measurements to the right of the trimmer track. After that, the piece will be over far enough to use the left side for measuring. Tip: Press firmly enough to get the score yet not hard enough to rip the paper.
After all lines have been scored, flip the paper over and sand using the medium side of the sanding block.
Attach a piece of patterned paper to the far left and centered. This is the reverse side of one of the Miracle papers…I love the blues and how adding in the Pacifica completely changes the feel of this paper pack.
Attach a piece of White Daisy grosgrain ribbon wrapping the sides to the back of the scored piece. Tip: Apply adhesive to the ends of the ribbon and secure on the back side, leaving the front loose.
Add the White Daisy square, a 2″ scallop punched circle of Heavenly Blue and a White Daisy ribbon knot. Tip: Use adhesive to get the ribbon knot ends to go in the direction you want. Put the adhesive closer to the knot so the ends will still have some movement.
Using Sunset ink, stamp the heart 5 times on a scrap of White Daisy cardstock. Cut out all the hearts. Using the handle of the micro-tip scissors, curl the hearts into flower petals. Tip: Curling the hearts will give you more flexibility when it comes to placement and gives the hearts a more realistic look as a flower petal.
Add two layers of 3D Foam Tape to the center back of each heart. Position to form a flower. Tip: Leave a little bit of space in the center so the hearts will overlap one another, with the last one tucking back under the first. By using two layers of 3D Foam Tape, you’ll have more play in the placement of the flower petals.
Finish by adding a blue button in the middle of the flower. Using Sweet Leaf ink and the Just For You sentiment, stamp on a scrap of White Daisy cardstock and trim off the present. Mount on a scrap of Sweet Leaf cardstock and attach.
Here’s a side view showing the dimension of the flower.
Now “hop” on over to my friend {Kami} to see what she’s created.

One of the things I love about being a CTMH Consultant is the ability to make a difference in the life of a child. For just $240 Operation Smile provides life changing clef palette and clef lip surgeries. A portion of every CTMH stamp set sold goes to Operation Smile. Imgaine giving a mother the gift of her child's smile - so rewarding!

Really cute card. Love your idea of making a flower using the hearts. And adding a bit of ‘curve’ to them really makes a big difference.
