Scrapbook Challenge 20 – Special Event
By Helen | August 16, 2009
Wow, there are so many exciting things to celebrate! This is Scrapbook Challenge 20 – that means for those of you who have been playing along on a weekly basis, you’ve completed 20 scrapbook layouts (or 40 pages) – Congratulations!
I am super excited that my web counter hit 70,000! That’s amazing. I love sharing tips, ideas, tutorials and these scrapbook challenges with all of you.
This week’s Scrapbook Challenge comes from CTMH’s Imagine how-to book and is the In the Groove pattern.
Oh…what’s this…what papers are these?!? These are the new Twitterpated papers and embellishments. Let’s take a closer look…
These adorable mushrooms were stamped using an exclusive, not available for purchase separately B-size stamp set that comes in the new Workshop Kits that CTMH is putting together. These kits are amazing!!! They save you money! In the Twitterpated Kit you’ll get the following:
- Twitterpated Level 2 Paper Pack (22 sheets of paper total – includes 12 sheets of double-sided patterned paper and 10 sheets of cardstock)
- Exclusive B-size Stamp Set
- Chocolate Designer Ribbon Rounds (4 spools with 6 feet each)
- Full-color brochure with a new scrapbook layout pattern designed by CTMH’s founder & CEO Jeanette Lynton. This brochure is amazing! It contains the cutting diagrams and instructions for creating the featured layout plus cutting diagrams and instructions for creating cards as well. Then, when you’re done, there are more papers left over to do other things with.
Let’s take a sneak peek at another new product, the Dimensional Elements In Color – Organic set – this set of chipboard, full-color buttons is adorable.
Tip: Instead of threading the hemp through the button holes, use Liquid Glass to secure the hemp on top of the button. From the side you can see that it’s not through the holes, from the top looking at the layout, you wouldn’t even know!
Another sneak peek…the brads! Ok, we’ve had brads for a while…it’s how they are packaged that is changing…you’ll be able to get Bigger Brads, standard sized brads and Bitty Brads all in one package and in four colors. This package contains: Chocolate (shown in the photo above), Black, Colonial White and Bamboo brads. The brads, the hemp, the Twitterpated My Stickease and the chipboard buttons are all optional add-ons for the Twitterpated Kit.
See what you can make when you’re in Helen’s Get More Done Club (Kit of the Month Club)

One of the things I love about being a CTMH Consultant is the ability to make a difference in the life of a child. For just $240 Operation Smile provides life changing clef palette and clef lip surgeries. A portion of every CTMH stamp set sold goes to Operation Smile. Imgaine giving a mother the gift of her child's smile - so rewarding!

Thank you so much for these! This is only my second one I have participated in, but am looking forward to keeping on track now!

Here’s my link, Helen. Since I’d already created this layout using the new Twitterpated papers, same as you, I’m not going to do another one. This will have to do!

Hi Helen. It won’t let me upload my layouts to the SCS album or the facebook album. I don’t have a blog so I’m not sure how to enter this challenge.

Hi Jeanette,
Facebook has been acting up. I sent you an email with details on uploading to SCS – give it a try and let’s see if we can get that to work.

I think I finally got this to work! Facebook still wouldn’t cooperate last night, and SCS still won’t cooperate today. Hopefully this does what it’s supposed to do!
