Scrapbook Challenge 48 – Thinking of Summer…
By Helen | February 28, 2010
Can you believe all the snow the East Coast has been having? I live in New Jersey and we’ve had snow storm, after snow storm. Last time I remember this much snow in New Jersey was when I was a little girl!
All this snow and cold weather has me dreaming of warm beaches and the sun! I used the Majestic Blue papers to create a layout perfect for photos at the beach or on a cruise. This week’s scrapbook challenge is the Classic Look pattern on page 69 of the Imagine how-to book.
Here’s a close up of the lighthouse stamped accent. I used the Sea Sponge Texture Tool to lightly “age” the Colonial White cardstock.
I love using the Vintage Post Card stamp set for journaling blocks. A spiral clip can be used as you would a paper clip.
Materials:
- CTMH Majestic Blue Level 2 Paper Pack X7081B
- CTMH Vintage Post Card Stamp Set D1207
- CTMH New Horizon Stamp Set – this is a retired set
- CTMH Indian Corn Blue Ink Pad Z2130
- CTMH Mini-Medley Accents Pewter Collection Z1243
- CTMH Texture Tools Z1298 – I used the Sea Sponge Tool
- CTMH Imagine how-to book 9030 – if you love page maps or page sketches, give the CTMH how-to books a try. Email me for a free PDF to try.

One of the things I love about being a CTMH Consultant is the ability to make a difference in the life of a child. For just $240 Operation Smile provides life changing clef palette and clef lip surgeries. A portion of every CTMH stamp set sold goes to Operation Smile. Imgaine giving a mother the gift of her child's smile - so rewarding!
